Jimmy Sotolongo is a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of success across multiple industries, including real estate, construction, automotive, and food & beverage. His extensive business acumen and leadership have driven growth and innovation in every venture he’s undertaken.

Most recently, Jimmy has been instrumental in the expansion of Coastal Site Services, playing a key role in its development and success. Now, as Vice President of Coastal Roofing & Repair, he brings the same dedication and expertise to help lead the company’s growth while continuing his leadership at Coastal Site Services. With a commitment to excellence and strategic vision, Jimmy ensures both companies deliver superior service and lasting value to their clients.

Justin Skinner, partner at Coastal Roofing & Repair, brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in executive management and operations. As a licensed South Carolina builder, he has worked across all aspects of residential and commercial construction, from new home building to large-scale renovations.

Throughout his career, Justin has held key leadership roles, overseeing business development, project management, and operational strategy. His experience in executive management has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to run successful construction projects while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
